§format: EmitFormat

Format to emit.

§dir: PathBuf

Pack directory (must contain cstate.toml). Defaults to current directory.

§base_url: Option<String>

Base URL for generated links (e.g. https://api.example.com).

§output: Option<PathBuf>

Write output to a file instead of stdout.
