Expand description

Builder for constructing TokenBudget with custom ratios.

Provides a fluent API for configuring token budget allocation. All ratios default to the standard allocation if not specified.

Implementations§

Source§

impl TokenBudgetBuilder

Source

fn new(total: i32) -> Self

Create a new builder with default ratios.

Source

pub fn system(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the system prompt ratio (default: 0.10).

Source

pub fn instructions(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the instructions ratio (default: 0.15).

Source

pub fn evidence(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the evidence ratio (default: 0.15).

Source

pub fn memory(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the memory ratio (default: 0.20).

Source

pub fn tool_results(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the tool results ratio (default: 0.15).

Source

pub fn history(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the history ratio (default: 0.20).

Source

pub fn slack(self, ratio: f32) -> Self

Set the slack ratio (default: 0.05).

Source

pub fn build(self) -> TokenBudget

Build the TokenBudget.

Converts ratios to absolute token counts based on total. Validates that segment ratios sum to 1.0 (±0.05 tolerance).
